"On behalf of the West Bengal Chapter of Indian Association of Clinical Cardiologists (IACC), we are proud to announce that the 2nd National Update on Clinical Cardiology is going to be held at Kolkata, on 5th & 6th November, 2011. After the successful hosting of the 1st National Update in April 2010 followed by our first International Conference, CEDET 2011 in January 2011, at KIMS, Trivandrum, it is now our responsibility to carry the task forward and host this event in a most befitting and successful manner.

We, at Kolkata, have planned to treat you to an extravagant bouquet of topics relevant to clinical cardiology through an array of case presentations, didactic lectures, debates, quiz programmes and most importantly addressing the issues of CVD affecting the vast majority of population of rural and semi-urban India.

The organizing committee along with the team of eminent faculties from the field of cardiology will leave no stone unturned to make this scientific fiesta a memorable and rewarding one."
